ROLE AT A GLANCE

The SpeedETab Art Director will be responsible for creating a brand experience and design across multiple platforms (mobile, web, print) that resonates with users and our target demographics. A combination of design, UI/UX, branding, and marketing, this position plays a critical role in expressing and extending the SpeedETab brand and helping us connect with users and merchants alike.


RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create imagery and design for marketing campaigns, newsletters, social media, and pitch decks - Create iconography and typography - Assist with mobile interface design - Work closely with engineering team to help properly implement design features and functionalities - Develop and maintain a style guide defining branding and interface element usage guidelines


QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign - Experience in mobile and web design and UI/UX - Strong portfolio of previous work/projects - Deep understanding of fundamental visual design disciplines - A nose for branding and marketing - Video production and video editing a plus - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Work well within a team structure - Looking to learn and assist in areas beyond given role - Self-motivated and able to work independently - Startup experience a plus

ROLE AT A GLANCE

Assist in creating and developing the front-end web tools and experiences for the SpeedETab portal. A critical hub for our merchant partners, this platform is relied upon by our clients as a modern and intuitive hub for critical information on their customers and their venue’s operations. The web experience should not only be clean and simple, but easily scalable and able to handle rapid change and experimentation. We’re reshaping the way hospitality operators make better business decisions and you’re on the front line.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Expertise in HTML, CSS, and Javascript and strong knowledge in libraries such as Node.js, Angular, Rails, LESS, SASS, etc.
- You’re passionate about creating well-architected solutions and you take pride in your coding abilities
- Well versed in JSP development and familiar with pulling data from an Oracle database and architecting REST-based APIs
- While design and UI aren’t your core responsibilities, you have an understanding of basic design principals
- You enjoy working in small, dynamic teams and environments that will challenge you. You’re comfortable communicating within your team as well as cross-departmentally.
- In addition to developing on SpeedETab’s current stack, you’re able to identify and evaluate new technologies as needed

MARKETING & GROWTH MANAGER

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to strengthen SpeedETab’s presence across the multiple markets we operate in. As an integral member of the SpeedETab team, you will own the marketing strategy to fuel growth across our end-user and merchant partner bases, connect audiences with the power of the SpeedETab platform, and ensure that the SpeedETab brand is understood, trusted, and loved. The right person will be comfortable handling top to bottom marketing responsibilities and can thrive in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Define and execute the marketing strategy for SpeedETab across multiple markets
  • Launch innovative fully-integrated marketing initiatives across digital, social, offline, BTL, and Comms
  • Develop compelling original content across our blog and social channels that helps tell a cohesive brand story around our users, merchants, and platfor
  • Grow and manage SpeedETab’s social presence, content strategy, and email campaigns to match our rapidly growing brand that maximize customer retention and acquisition
  • Implement marketing automation tools to develop transactional, promotional, and informational content strategies
  • Leverage data to analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Spearhead local event and partnership efforts
  • Work cross-functionally with product and operations teams to coordinate and seamlessly execute marketing strategies

What You’ll Need:

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Design, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years defining and implementing successful marketing strategies in fast-paced consumer environments3
  • Experience creating and launching successful , large-scale email campaigns using leading ESPs
  • Successful implementation of brand marketing and marketing innovation
  • Demonstrated experience in growth marketing across B2C acquisition, B2B acquisition, and field marketing
  • Competency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and persuasion skills

Requirements & Skills:

• 1-3 years experience (or more) with Ruby • Experience with Heroku and/or AWS • Very comfortable with Git and Git workflow • Experience with PostgresSQL • OO design - strong understanding of SOLID • Using service objects • Strong understanding of and experience with design patterns • Previous experience working on a team - startup experience a plus • Experience with RSpec • Strong understanding of RESTful web services, JSON API designs • Extremely detail oriented Nice to have: • Bamboo / Bamboo workflow (other CI experience acceptable as well) • Front-end experience • Ecommerce / payments • Experience writing a scheduling application

Client Success Manager

A critical component of SpeedETab’s business is the continued success and happiness of our merchant partners. The Client Success Manager will ensure onboarding and day-to-day operations at SpeedETab merchant locations run smoothly, while working closely with sales and marketing teams to drive merchant success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work closely with sales team to onboard and train new locations
  • Drive merchant success by implementing suggested SpeedETab operational processes and procedures
  • Work closely with marketing team to ensure merchants have corresponding collateral to promote product adoption
  • Identify new opportunities for our merchants to leverage SpeedETab
  • Monitor activity to ensure customer orders are being fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Provide customer service support where needed
  • Provide troubleshooting and on-site support where needed
  • Act as the day-to-day contact for assigned restaurant partnership accounts, attending to partner inquiries and conducting scheduled touch point meetings and account reviews

What You’ll Need:
